Top Teen Candidates meet with the President Lady Lucille Burney and Top Teen Director Lady Ruth Perkins, at the home of Lady Margy McCreary, in an organizational meeting. After the meeting the teens were joined on the lawn by Top Ladies of the Queen's Empire State Chapter for a social hour.
