Sandy Sadler, former Feather weight boxing champion, "Pop" Gates Distinguished Renaissance Great Basketballer, Robert Wilson, former West Virginia State College Great were inducted into the first Harlem YMCA Sports Hall of Fame on Dec. 9, 1983. Cal Ramsey, Len Roberts, Frank Graves and Myles Matthews were their presentors.
