These pictures were taken by Allan Morgan at a reception given to present the 1983 Edition of Delegate Magazine to the Press, members of National Organizations and the Advertising Community.
The reception was held at Leviticus Disco on West 33rd Street-Mel Patrick, Hilda Stokely and Ann Patrick were host.
