The Exceptional Black Scientists Poster Program was introduced in 1980 to help acquaint the general public with the accomplishments of some outstanding scientists and to encourage more minority students to pursue careers in science and medicine.

The large, color posters are available to educational and community groups as well as individuals. More than 160,000 posters have been distributed since 1980.

If you would like a set of the 1984 posters, write to the Corporate Relations Department of CIBA-GEIGY - have your own record of these Exceptional Black Scientists.
