SEVENTY PERCENT (70%) OF THE BANQUET CONTRIBUTION IS TAX DEDUCTIBLE. 

SPECIAL NAFEO/WASHINGTON HILTON

HOTEL RATES: SINGLES: $58, $70, $78, $86. DOUBLE/TWINS: $72, $84, $92, $100. SUITES: $200.00 and up. Hotel Reservations should be made directly with the Washington Hilton Hotel, Connecticut Avenue at Columbia Road, NW, Washington, DC 20009, (202) 483-3000.

PRE-REGISTRATION: A completed registration form accompanied by a check, money order, or organizational voucher must be received at the NAFEO Office by March 9, 1984, in order to be processed for pre-registration. Forms received after March 9, 1984, will not allow ample time for processing. Thus, these requests will be held at the on-site registration counter. Please note that registration forms received without payment or an organizational voucher do not constitute pre-registration. Therefore, these forms will be returned for presentation at the on-site registration booth.

REFUND POLICY: Advanced registration fees are refundable provided NAFEO receives a written request by March 1, 1984. Refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Registration fees are non-refundable after March 1, 1984.

CHANGING PLANS: The registration plans selected may be upgraded by submitting a written request to NAFEO no later than March 9, 1984. 

BANQUET TICKETS: Unless designated otherwise on the registration form, Leadership Awards Banquet tickets will be held for pick up at the Conference site. When requested, tickets will be mailed return receipt requested. Duplicate tickets cannot be issued.

BANQUET SEATING: Persons who pre-register will receive assigned seats. Your table assignment will appear on the Banquet Ticket. NAFEO will be unable to change your seat after the assignment has been made. Therefore, please indicate on your registration form if you desire to be seated with a specific individual(s). These assignments can be only be made if all individuals concerned have pre-registered. 

TAPES: All sessions will be taped. Cassette tapes of the sessions will be available at the Conference site for a nominal fee.

PROCEEDINGS: Selected 1980 and 1981-82, and 1983 Conference Proceedings will be available at the 1984 Conference. Please check at the registration desk for further details.

DUPLICATE REGISTRATION PACKET: If you already have received a copy of the registration packet, please pass this one to a colleague. The removal of duplicate names from multiple lists is often more costly and certainly less beneficial than mailing an extra set.
