Message From The Grand Basileus
"The issues rampant in our world today must become an integral part of the programmatic thrust of Sigma. As we continue to implement the avowed commitments embodied in an involved program of teenage pregnancies, support of Black families and youth projects, we administer to the critical issues of today, including unemployment, social atrocities, illnesses, the plight of refugees and the elderly.
"Thus looming before us is the responsibility to use all available mechanisms for merging our thoughts and actions into cohesive concerted efforts which will yield maximum results.
"This is our hope for the coming months. Let us be cognizant of the needs of people throughout the world and know that as Sigma Gamma Rho fulfills its precepts, needful people will be the recipients.
"May the richness in spirit of our great Omnipotent One permeate the sisterhood of our renowed sorority, throughout the years to come."
