"BLACKS, WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?"

An appraisal on progress or lack of same we as Blacks can anticipate under the Reagan administration.

As we meet the critical challenges of the eighties, let our goals be free of fear and our eneries turned toward creativity in the roles of our business and professional women.

The power and prestige which Eta Phi Beta Sorority now enjoys reflect so greatly the loyalty and devotion of the great talents of muy illustrious predecessors, therefore I feel honored to be able to follow them in carrying forward the banner of this administration.

The Reagan administration has caused many people to fall into the category of depression, misconduct, anger and abusive behavior. Many programs which were badly needed have put us once again into the seemingly non-progressive state and the same is being passed on to our youth. We as a group of business and professional women have more challenges to face than ever but we find that together we have built the inner strength so needed. We have been moved into a strong sense of unity and a renewed dedication of the goals of Eta Phi Beta sorority. We demonstrate through our togetherness that our members are dedicted and informed and are prepared to face every tomorrow.
