[[center text]] In keeping with the National Theme, "Making History and Providing Hope," The fifteen chapters of Links, Inc. (Southern California Cluster of Lings, Inc.) are Making A Difference In the Quality of Life" for some one thousand junior and senior high school students, during their third annual Youth Enrichment Assembly which was held, Sunday, March 2, 1986 at the University of Southern California (USC) campus in Bovard Theater and Taper Hall. The keynote speaker was Mr.Emmet Littleton a nationally known lecturer, consultant and workshop presentor of the Marina Motivational Center, Oxnard, Ca. Mr. Littleton has discovered fundamental ways to motivate individuals to look within themselves for for the purpose of reaching and expressing maximum potential for success in job and private life. The title of his speech was "You Are A Genius." Mr.Littleton believes that only as far as we seek, can we go... Only as far as we dream can we be. Each of the 297 chapters of Links are expected to implement on the local level the following facets of the national program; The Arts, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services and Services To Youth.
