I am appealing to you to join hands with me and this administration at the chapter level, at the regional level, at the district level, at the national level and at the international level. Omega has only the minds, the heart, the eyes, the hands, the feet, and the tongues that we give her. We can never let her down. I am counting upon you!!

I am focusing this administration on several thrusts, among which are the following:

1. Raising and enhancing the image and esteem of Omega.
2. Improving the operation of the International Headquarters.
3. Improving the spirit of brotherhood.
4. Including brothers from all age levels and districts in the leadership of Omega.
5. Improving communications within Omega.
6. Upgrading programs at all levels.
7. Reclaiming at least 6,000 brothers by August of 1986.
8. Initiating only men who possess the qualities desired in Omega men.
9. Operating the brotherhood in a more businesslike manner.
10. Impacting the social, political, academic, economic, moral, and cultural order at the local, state, national and international levels through aggressive and responsible programs.

The lamp is aflame, the candles are lit, the pearls are aglow, our hearts are warm and filled with love of brotherhood. Let us capture the moment for Omega!

Fraternally,
