The Surgeon that has been in charge of Freedmen's Hospital at this place, has been releived from this duty.

I have a number of sick both in Hospital and in Camp, what arrangements can be made for their care? Can I employ a citizen; Surgeon Flord 26th Indiana, is visiting them untill I can hear from you, but he has no Medicine except what belongs to his regiment.

Please instruct me as soon as possible
