I have the honor to report that I have in charge the following tenements lands &c.

Several town lots known as the foundry lot formerly the property of the Confederate Govt. (so called) and the site of a Confederate armory and foundry. Nothing on it now but some chimneys. A building known as St. Thomas Hall, property of Episcopal Church of this place. Held as abandoned. Also some buildings belonging to Joel E. Wynne, 'abandoned" All situated in the Eastern part of this City
