In the morning just before division I came into the Squadron Headquarters to see the Major about some matters and he told me that he had looked into the question of "C" Flight O.C. Hill being senior man should be Flight O.C. On looking it up he found Hill was not Senior Man so he changed his mind after a talk with the Adj and told me I was appointed C.O. of "C" Flight.

My difficulties commence Beaucoup fatigue is my lot from now on Go with B flight at 1 PM as Standby. "C" Flight Patrol at 5-6.30
