June 13th Big day. Hoover doesn't fly on 13th. "C" flight called on for a protection mission. To be over Lorry at 8:45 Alt 5000m-5500m. Meet 3 Salmson's coming S from Metz Protection till they cross lines.

They find Salmson's by much Archie 

15 C.A. Albatross Scouts on the Sal.'s tails. MacA led the attack Bill Plyler went down in a Spin Left over the lines MacA followed a Hun till he spun 

Clapp fired 20 rounds at a Hun & Rucker shot 150 rounds. B Flight also claim Hun. Norton, Jerry, & Elliott engage. Elliot landed at Flin (12 sqdrn)]

Dud day no patrol

MacA shoots on the range Etang Neuf

Roberts Rucker & I go over to Colombey in Evening to get three planes for 27th 6191, 6343, 6350 Take mechanics and truck- get back at 7 P.M. 

Went down to Moselle with Lieut. Pruden and had a good old swim 

Met Todd at Colombey He is now a ferry pilot. 

Movement orders come thru  Move to Meaux contemplated Must get 14 & 17 ready & take down 18 and see whats wrong.
