I got up at 6:15. After cleaning up I had breakfast. We drilled some during the morning for some girls who came here on a sight seeing tour. We had the afternoon off so I sat out near the control tower and watched the planes come and go. I sent Mother a pillow case cover for a pillow in the living room. Sarg. Busch said that I was to start work in the photo lab tomorrow. Boy! Am I glad, I had given up hope. After supper I made a visit to the Blessed Virgins after and thanked her. After that I went to the show [[unreadable]] of the [[unreadable]], a very good picture. About 9:30 I went down to the Service Club and wrote a letter home and there shot the bull until 11:45 P.M.
