I got up at 8:00 and after getting breakfast I cleaned up. Paul Sykes and I went into town to go to Church at the St. Margo Church. Boy! What a Church we had to pay fifteen cents to get in and then they took up two collections. It would cost a fortune to belong to that Church. During the most of the morning I practised on Hommetts typerwriter. After dinner I went up on the hill with Walter where we studied awhile and then slept until supper time. After supper I went back up on the hill and filled in my diary. Lita came up again tonight, she has a very nice personality. It started to rain so Walter and I took her home under a blanket. By the time we got back to the barracks we were soaked. I took a shower and went to bed around 9:30.
