I ate breakfast and rushed down to the hanger where I helped roll the plane a B-17B out and warm it up. I waited until 0930A when it was posponed. About ten the mission was changed and the plane went to Stephenville where it stayed several days. It look [[looks]] as if I never get a hop over Newfie Land. Spent the day at the lab checking on supplies, made a trip to the A.C. Supply. and listed all equip. on hand. The weather is miserable. After supper Stiles and I practiced at the lab. He showed me a lot about the scales. My one front tooth is a little loose so I decided to quit playing the trumpet and try something else. Wrote a letter home. Read awhile bed 2345A.
