Rain - Snow  OCTOBER 20  30

Up at 0730A. I worked at the lab all day on some copies for Base Inspectors. Joan Blondell & a USO show is coming this weekend. After supper I started for the show but it was jammed so I came back to the barracks and slept until it was time for the second show. "Take a letter Darling" was on and I thought it was very good. Read awhile had some grape fruit to eat and went to bed about 2400A. The B17F's are still here waiting for good weather on the Irish coast.
