Dear Sir, 
Referring to my last letter of 20th ulto. I beg  acknowledge the receipt of your favor of 26th ulto.
The Capella will, after having finished seal-fishing at Yan Mayn and Greenland, go to Franz Josefs land probably at the end of july.  It depends upon the results of the fishing at Yan Mayn or Greenland, if she will call at Dundee, discharging her cargo there and taking in coals or if she will go to Vardo or another part in the north of Norway, taking in coals there.  She will only coal at one of these ports, and nobody will be able to tell beforehand, which port will be chosen, if Dundee be chosen, she will probably be staying there a week or so, if a port in the north of Norway, she will be staying only a couple of days. You will understand, that there will be little chance for anybody to go out with the Capella, the more so as the captain has no obligation to take
