would not be necessary as there was almost sure to be some vessels in [[strikethrough]] that [[/strikethrough]] those waters with whom they could make arrangements to come back with, as, all vessel owners must know they would be suitably rewarded should they find him and take them to Norway - would it not be a good place to send each Steamer owner in your country a copy of Walters last instructions as to where they might be found with the assurance of Mr Walter Wellman's [[strikethrough]] worth [[/strikethrough]] that who found them and conveyed them to your country would be suitably  rewarded, this might stimulate some to go to Franz Joseph lands for the catch and for the Wellman party.

You say that at this time there seems to be no one interested in the Walrus catch about Franz Joseph lands
