after dinner Mr Alexander,
Popoff, Corbet, Lewis Loud
and myself took the row boat 
and went over N.E. about 
3 mi to a large Glacier
estimated at 100 feet high 
above the water which 
is a wonderful sight, 
Killed 5 duck 2 seals, 
The hunters came with all affairs + the Cub Polar Bear which is 4 mo old & very tame
wrote Walter a letter.
