April 24th, 1944 Dear Dave: Herein enclosed please find two drafts, 1 & 2. After having called Baron Cassel a number of times, he kept postponing my interview until today he finally told me to write to him. I have prepared one draft, and Germain another. Perhaps one of these will meet with your approval, or maybe you would like to combine them to make a new suggestion. Germain is against the paragraph about the psychological angle, but I would very much like to include it. With anticipated thanks, Sincerely yours, (Georges E. Seligmann) Enc. 2 David S. Galton, Esq. Messrs. Benjamin, Galton & Robbins 21 East 40th Street New York 16, New York
