Dear Mrs. Countiss :-

When I was in Chicago last Spring, I had the pleassure of speaking to your Secretary, but unfortunately I was unable to see you. As I shall be passing through your City again on Saturday, I should very much like to have the privilege of calling upon you; therefore when I arrive I will take the liberty of ringing you up to enquire what time it would be convenient for you to receive me.

Wishing you the Compliments of the Season,
Belive me to be,
Yours very truly,
