State of N. Carolina thro. Capt. Dillon with the information that I will give each family on my land the right to live in their houses and cultivate the garden attached - rent free - until 1st Jan. 1867; also the right to move their house at the expiration of that time. I further request that the land may be restored to me so that I may be able to cultivate the remainder, as this is all the land I own.
