took it from Sanders. Then Sanders told Riggs that he hoed the corn better than he Riggs hoed did. Riggs then called Sanders a damned liar, and at the same time struck Sanders with the hoe three times, injuring him as described in Dr. Niles Sur [[S.C.O.?]], Certificate Marked "B" and told Sanders if he caught him in the field again he would blow his damned brians out.

be made to find out if the Negro was not to blame in the matter. If he left through no fault of his own the employer will be ordered to pay him. - And if he refuses will be proceeded against for Contempt. If the Negro was to blame he should offer to complete his work for the year, and the matter of payment for his work amicably arrainged if possiable
