[[/underlined]] with the request that endorsement of the Asst Comr. dated Sep 12th 1866 ordering the Sale of the Boat &c be recinded and that Capt [[underlined]] Dillon [[/underlined]] be allowed to retain the boat for the use of the Bureau and that he be authorised to employ the necessary help to ferry the boat from Beaufort to Morehead City &c as a matter of accommodation & economy.
