Respectfully returned to Capt Richard Dillon with the information that the Abstracts within referred to were returned to Lt Kendall on the 13th inst for correction and signed on the 14th inst when corrected.

I presume by this time Lt Kendall has forwarded the Abstracts as Vouchers to his Return of Commissary Stores. Rations Should be immediately furnished to the Hospitals or the patients who suffer for want of them

possession of the Bureau at Beaufort has been received. You will without delay forward to this Office a plan of the building you propose moving the hospital to giving the exact size of the Rooms & also the location of the building in the Town of Beaufort You will give the facts in relation to the Claim the Bureau has on this property of Mr Bell wether this property is to be retained in the possession of the Bureau and wether Mr Bell has made any claim or is about to make any claim for the restoration of his property. Consult with Capt Dillon on this matter If the building proves to be a suitable one and that it is to be retained the transfer will be recommended.

Respectfully returned to A A Surg John N Niles with the information desired The building is a two Story dwelling house containing 4 rooms and a Kitchen  Room No 1 11 x 17 feet No 2 11x17 No. 3. 13 x 10 No 4 8 x 10 No 5 13 x 17 No 6 13 x 10 No 7 13 x 17 All the above rooms are 9 ft high Kitchen 15 x 20 The building is located in the Centre of the Town near theese Hd Qrs. This property was taken possession of by the Treasury Agency and turned over by that Dept to the Bureau. I understand that Mr Bell
