[[Margin]] Moore
Respectfully returned to Lt Col S Moore V.R.C. Supt with the information that the Indentures of all colored Children who were bound by the Onslow County Court have been cancelled at the March 1867 Term. By the parents or legal Guardians calling on Mr. Johnson Clerk of the Court at Jacksonville they will receive an order directing the parties who may have the Children to give them up. If in any case the parties refuse to give up the Children, the parents will report the fact to the Clerk who then will direct the Sheriff to compel the parties to obey the order of the court.
