Goflstein bei Whiaras???? I believe the plate says "Hieracium Schmidtii Tausch" then as far as I can tell "Gefäßpflanzen bei Weimar"--which would be "Vascular plants at Weimar". Weimar being in Germany and within the natural range for H. Schmidtii Tausch.
