Dear Sir:
Yours of this AM in regard to Letitia Gibson read.  Mr Browne is in N.Y. but we will try & relieve the distress of Miss Letitia as fast as the glorious uncertainties of the law will permit.

I think we can best these obstreperous tenants upon the [[underlined]] judgment [[/underlined]] but fear that they may come out ahead on the [[underlined]] execution [[/underlined]].
