Estimate for Tin Guttering & Spouting for Buildings now being erected near Lincoln Depot by Bureau A.F, & A.L.

We, the undersigned do hereby agree to furnish all the material and work required for the manufacture & putting up of all the tin Gutters & Spouts on the 200 Buildings ^[[insertion]] more or less [[/insertion]] now being erected for Freedmen near Lincoln Depot under the direction of Mr. Perkins, agent of the Bureau; for the sum of fourteen & one half Cents per running foot. -

The quality of the Tin, size of Gutters & Spouts and the quality of the work to be the same as that now being put on, on the first row of Buildings completed.

Or, we will agree to Gutter and Spout the same Buildings, now in course of Erection for the sum of sixteen cents per running foot - the material to be: Best IC Charcoal Tin, and the size of the Gutters to be 7 in. & that of the Spouts to be 3 in. in Diameter -

The Gutters to be double beaded and hung with heavy Hoop Iron instead of sheet Iron straps
