be obtained from the City Authorities, if not, to be supplied by the said Thomas Evans.

Third . . . The material and workmanship shall in every respect equal that required by the City Authorities.

Fourth . . . In consideration whereof the said Thomas Evans shall receive therefor the sum of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30/100) for each and every foot of six (6) inch cast-iron pipe, and ($0.95/100) ninety five cents for each and every foot of four (4) inch cast-iron pipe laid as above; and for what stop-cocks may be required and which shall have been supplied by the said Thomas Evans, a price not exceeding the price paid by the City Authorities for the same.

Fifth  No member of Congress shall be admitted to any share herein or any benefit to arise therefrom.
