Second . . .  That the stop-cock, necessary, shall if possible be obtained from the City Authorities,
if not, to be supplied by the said Thomas Evans

Third . . .  The material and workmanship shall in every respect equal that required by the City Authorities.

Fourth . . .  In consideration whereof the said Thomas Evans shall receive therefor, the sum of one dollar and thirty cents. ($1.30/100) for each and every foot of six (6) inch cast-iron pipe, and ninety five ($0.95/100) cents for each and every foot of four (4) inch pipe, laid as above; and for what stop-cocks may be required, and which shall have been supplied by the said Thomas Evans a price not exceeding the price paid by the City Authorities for the same.

Fifth  . .  No member of Congress shall be admitted to any share herein or any benefit to arise therefrom.
