Sir having examined the premises on Maryland Ave, as well as your plan for alterations - Propose as follows, That the Rooms as made by the Two Partisions marked in red ink on plan - To have each of the 30 feet-Rooms 3 windows on the North Side, and 2 Windows and one door on South Side, The 47 feet-Room To have 4 windows on North Side and 3 Windows and one door on South Side - The Small Room on West End to have one window on North and South Side - making in all on out Side of building 17 Windows and 3 doors I would allso Sugest that the two partisions allso have a door in each

All of the above work as well as that comprised in Plan and accompaning [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/srikethrough]] noats with the expectation of Sash I will avo for The Sum of One hundred and eighty five dollars You furnishing all material - The Sash will cost about 30 cts per light glased - I make this note in relation to Sash thinking you may have Them on hand
