Respectfully returned to Col. W. W. Rogers A.A.A.G. The roofs of the buildings have just been repaired at a cost of $10.00  To gravel roof as [[strikethrough]] suggested [[/strikethrough]] requested by Mr. Perkins will cost $40.00/100  It is recommended that as the buildings are not to be used during the summer, repairs to roof be postponed until autumn. Secure but not expensive fastenings have already been put on the windows  many have been broken by carelessness. Doors are arranged and
