Respectfully referred to Rev. J.L. Roberts. - Inasmuch as but $120 00 was authorized by the Asst. Comr. and as it appears by the statement relative to the work at Wisewell Barracks, that this work could be reasonably expected to be done on the terms within mentioned, 
$148 52 at the most, is all that can be authorized. 

Please have the accounts made out accordingly.
