You have been reported by Brig Gen D.H. Rucker. C.Q.M. as having received during the month of November 1864, the following transfer receipted for by you for which you have failed to account to this Office;

Nov 1st 1864 from Capt C.H. Tompkins, A.Q.M.--- 10 Bbls Lime. - 1 Grind Stone - 40 lbs 1/4 in Rope - 4 Setts Ambulance Harness - 5000 lbs B.S. Coal - 400 lbs Steel - 2-6 inch files flat - 2-4 inch files - 4 B.S. Rasps - 6 Paint Brushes - 1 Gall Benzoine - 3 Galls Linseed Oil - 577 lbs Wagon Grease - 2 Doz Axes - 1 B.S. Drill - 100 lbs H.S. Iron - 250 Spokes 2½ inch) - 1000 feet Oak Lumber -  12 Curry Combs - 12 Horse Brushes. 200 Hame Strings - 40 Head Halters - 6 lbs Copper Rivets and Burrs. 1 lb Shoe Thread - 

Unless the returns are promptly forwarded, you will be reported to the Paymaster General, U.S.A., for stoppage of pay.
