Col W W Rogers

Sir
I have the honor to recommend that the repairs of School Building at Bladensburg be delayed as the Building is not worth repairing and there is prospect that the colored people will buy land & with some help build a good house. The lumber sent to B [[strikethrough]] to [[/strikethrough]] could remain there & go into the new Building

Very respectfully
John Kimball
Sup't of Schools.
