Requests that the school room Cor. "E" and 5th Sts. on Judiciary Square be wainscotted 3 ft high on the walls and the rest of the walls and ceiling be plastered with 2 coats of brown plastering and the foundation of the buildings properly strengthened and that the fence and building (in & outside) be whitewashed. That 40 desks & seats be made for the school room which is 24x50 ft.
