I respectfully ask that the School Room Cor E & 5th Sts on Judiciary Square be wainscotted three feet high on the walls & that the rest of the walls & ceiling be plastered, two coats of brown plastering to be put on. And that the foundation of the Building be properly strengthened so that the plastering will not crack. And that the Building inside & out be white washed, and also the fence. And that the fence & out buildings be put in good repair. And I respectfully ask that forty double desks & seats be made for the same room. The size of the room is about 24x50 feet.
