Requests to be furnished with the following lumber for building School House at Oxen Run, Prince George Co. Md. Viz:

21000 ft. of Boards for siding
1000 ft of Boards for sheathing
7000 Shingles, 840 Ft. studding size 3 x 4 inches.
140 ft. plating 3 x 4 inches
140 ft silling size 4 x 6 inches
42 Rafters, 12 ft long, size 3 x 4 inches
21 Ceiling timbers 20 ft. long size 3 x 6 inches
20 Sleepers. 20 ft long, size 3 x 11 inches

Respectfully referred to Maj J.M. Brown A.Q.M. who will please furnish the lumber within requested for the purpose of erecting a School House for Freedmen at Oxen Run.

The lumber will be procured from Alexandria  and delivered at Maryland Ave.
