I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your communication of August 28th stating that my Bureau accounts for June ultimo. have been forwarded to the 3rd Auditor for final settlement, with the remark that Vouchers to Abstract G. and L. not approved by the Asst. Commissioner. As the non approval of these Vouchers will seriously embarras their settlement and doubtless cause them to be disallowed, I have the  honor to request that you will do me the great favor to have them recalled and forwarded to me, when I will obtain the necessary approval and retransmit to you at the earliest possible moment.
