Every Army and Navy Pilot are required to wear Parachutes on every flight, no exceptions. This equipment is durable and will be serviceable for a number of years, but finally will have to be replaced as weakness develops due to the firm packing, causing wrinkles and creases, which in time will cause failure. 

Life Vests or Life Preservers are comparatively new, but like the Parachute, will result in an order that every Officer will have to wear one. These Vests will have to be replaced due to deterioration, and as this item is still in the experimental stage, it is reasonable to assume there will be considerable business to be had from these two sources. Aircraft Manufactruers [[Manufacturers]] are beginning to furnish Parachutes, Flotation Bags and Life Vests with their standard equippment [[equipment]]. A reasonable volum [[volume]] of business can be had from this source.

Every public carrier on rivers,lakes and the oceans are compelled to furnish life preservers. The present cork filled article is of considerable bulk, difficult to adjust, and unless properly fitted, is possible to slip off the pasenger [[passenger]]. The life vest, is
