The Director,
National Park Service,
Department of the Interior,
Washington, D. C.

Dear Sir:

Reference is made to your letter dated July 28, 1941, requesting continued use of the Fairchild Fā€”48 camera recently borrowed from the Air Corps to photograph Gettysburg National Military Park.

Due to the shortage of photographic equipment this office is unable to extend the loan period of the Fairchild Fā€”48 camera now on loan to your department.

It is requested that this camera be returned to the Air Corps Station Supply Officer, Bolling Field, D. C. as soon as possible.

Very truly yours,
