United States Coast Pilots and Intracoastal Waterways Pilots

  Each book furnishes information required by the navigator for the area indicated, that can not be shown conveniently on the nautical chart. They contain detailed information relative to the coast line, port information, sailing directions for coasting and entering harbors, and general information as to weather conditions, radio service, etc. New editions are published about every five years. Supplements, containing changes and new information, are published annually and distributed free.
  Distances Between United States Ports (the last item listed) gives the distances between more than 30,000 ports and points on inland waterways, along the shortest route marked by aids to navigation, and includes a time-table for various distances at different speeds.
