Major,
In carrying out the requirements of Special Orders No 25, W. D. B R F & A. L., of Feby 18, 1867, you will communicate with Mr K. F. Page, No 358 Clinton St. Brooklyn, N. Y., and ascertain from him upon what terms he can furnish the articles specified in said order.

This is not to be understood as limiting your enquiries and this subject, but as Mr Page has heretofore furnished articles of a similar character required by this Bureau for a like purpose, on terms regarded as unusually advantageous, it is deemed proper to suggest the name of Mr Page.

Upon completing your enquiries you will report in writing to this office
