I have the honor to inform you that one of the pipes that lead from the main Hydrant Pipe to the Wards of the Hospital has bursted and the Wards are in consequence thereof badly supplied with water. I would respectfully suggest that a Plumber or other person who can attend to such matters, be sent here as early as practicable.
