General,

I have examined the "Boppe House" but am not able to
make a correct estimate of cost of repairing. 

An entire new roof will be required, & nearly all the floors should be new.

The "base", window & door frames need considerable repairing.

I think on removing the floor it will be found necessary to put in new sleepers or joists.

The hearths are sunken & will have to be raised. The rain beats in above the windows & doors. An entire new coat of plaster will also be necessary.
