Major,
In order to enable me to ascertain that Mr Charles Page (Sanitary Contractor) performs his labors efficiently, will you please cause notice to be taken of the number of visits paid to the sinks at the different places under your control by him, during the present month, and whether the work is performed in a prompt and satisfactory manner, and will you also please inform this office whether any increase, or reduction is necessary or can be made in the number of visits, either at the present time or during the month. 

The number of visits designated to be made to your office and other places is as follows.
