AS it is deemed impracticable by the means proposed to effect the result desired by Maj. Fowler, it is suggested that perhaps the preparation known as "The Lightning Fly Killer," might be effectual for the purpose.

It was understood that screens were requested for the door, still the doors would necessarily be opened often & wide enough to admit the horde of flies which frequent the neighborhood of the Claim Division Office
