Resply returned. The within request is for screens for the doors as well as the windows. This office is situated over a grocery store and is flanked by a stable. Both of these institutions permit an intolerable amount of flies and the method proposed by me seems to be the best for preventing the annoyance. If it cannot be carried out I would respectfully

The method as proposed by Maj. Fowler for keeping out the flies from the office of Claims Division does not appear to be practicable. The flies being barred out at the windows would certainly find an easy access by the doors, which in a public office must necessarily be open a large portion of the time.
